Here at TT Sports and Prestige we understand the urge to buy your luxurious car as soon as possible. Therefore, we offer the opportunity for you to reserve your car online or by telephone. This then removes the vehicle from sale and allows us to prepare your vehicle for collection or delivery.

How it works?

  1. View our vehicles online and select your required vehicle.
  2. Feel free to contacts us with any questions regarding the vehicle, i.e. specification, condition, service history, owners etc.
  3. Part exchanges are welcome! Either call our sales team or fill in our sell your car form on our website, giving full details of make, models, specification, colour, mileage, owners, condition, damage etc. and we will value it (subject to inspection)
  4. We have favourable finance packages available. Please ask our sales team to give you a free no obligation quotation.
  5. If you are comfortable with the "Deal" we require a minimum deposit of £500 paid by Debit, Credit card or online transfer. This deposit is taken as security of purchase, enabling us to prepare your selected vehicle for collection. The deposit is non-refundable unless the vehicle has been mis-described or misrepresented. In such cases the deposit will be returned in full, guaranteed!

We offer our customers the option of Nationwide delivery, available at additional cost subject to clearance of funds.

TT Sports and Prestige are joint Controller’s of your data alongside GForces Web Management Limited. We take the security of your data very seriously and strictly adhere to the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 which is applicable from 25th May 2018.

Online Vehicle Enquiries

When you enquire about one of our vehicles, we will require your email,name, address and contact telephone number so that we can respond to your enquiry. We will keep this information for 12 months after your initial enquiry.

Showroom Vehicle Enquiries

If you take one of our vehicles on a test drive then we will require a copy of your driving licence which we will keep for 12 months in case of speeding,parking or any other motoring offence.

Vehicle Purchase

If you decide to purchase a vehicle from us, at the point of sale under a Contractual Obligation we will obtain your full name, address, contact number,details of the vehicle you are buying and, if applicable, details of the vehicle you will be using as a part exchange. Your details will not be used for marketing purposes unless you provide consent for us to do so.

If you require finance to purchase your vehicle we will require further information to pass to our Finance Partners, including marital Date of Birth, housing status, home and work telephone contact number, address history, employment history

number of dependents,

and any other relevant information to process your request.

Your personal data will be stored for 7 years.

When you sell your car to us

If we purchase a car from you we will need proof of ownership i.e photo driving licence,name,address and contact telephone number, proof that sellers bank details match ownership of vehicle details. Finance settlement details if required.

When visiting our garage we operate CCTV, therefore your image may be captured and stored for 12 months.

If you call TT Sports and Prestige your call may be recorded and retained for 12 months. The recording will be used for quality, training and to provide accuracy of a business transaction.

  • If you purchase a Warranty we will disclose your information to our Warranty partners. If you decide to purchase a Warranty with them they will act as a Data Processor on our behalf.

Access to your Information – (Subject Access Requests)

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you (this is called a Subject Access Report) by emailing or writing to us, or by visiting our Marketing Preference Centre on our website. This will be provided in a readable format (CSV) free of charge. We may not provide you with a copy of your information if this includes other individuals or we have another lawful reason to withhold that information.

Correcting and updating your Personal Information

The accuracy of your information is important to us and we are working on ways to make it easier for you to review and correct the information we hold about you.
