"A new McLaren is coming, but have we forgotten something?"
That is the note that McLaren sent through to Top Gear along with this picture of a new car coming out soon - it certainly got us thinking about what they could have up their sleeves!
The obvious 'forgotten something' are the exhausts - now we don't think that McLaren are releasing a fully electric hypercar (just yet) - this is much more likely the top exit exhausts like we have seen on the Porsche 918 in the past.
McLaren have also said in the past that they will build track focussed 'LT' versions of all of their cars, so it could simply be a hyper focussed 'long-tail' version of a car we know well!
Top Gear said it best... "Consider Us Teased!"
